Payment is taken upfront in full via PayPal Invoice.

If you are Canadian, then payment can be taken via E-Transfer.

Refunds will only be issued if the artist cannot complete the commission OR the commission has been cancelled by the client before any work has been completed.

As the artist, I reserve the right to refuse any commissions if I find myself uncomfortable, or unsuitable for the request.

The item being sold is a digital good, and will not require an address for shipping.

The artist holds the rights to distribute and use the commissioned image (i.e., for promotional or portfolio purposes). The client should note in the form if the commission is to be kept private.

Do not trace or claim the artist's work as your own.

Commissions are for personal/non-commercial use only.

None of the artist's works, including commissioned pieces, are to be used in any blockchain-related technology. This includes non-fungible token (NFT) minting and selling, any cryptocurrency transactions and any future ventures involving blockchain-related technology.

None of the artist's works, including commissioned pieces, are to be used in training artificial intelligence (AI) technology or used in any AI-generated products.

Publicly-displayed commissioned pieces cannot be altered, and any minor revisions after approval of the final product should be discussed with the artist.

Failure to follow these terms of service will result in the termination of a business partnership, a partial refund if applicable, and the client will be blacklisted from future commission work.

There will be an additional 5% fee if payment is made through PayPal.

Payment taken through E-Transfer will not be subjected to the additional 5% PayPal fee.

Pricing is per character, and any additional character(s) will be +80% of the base price.

There will be a maximum of 3 characters per commission. If you would like more than 3 characters, please contact me.

Commissions may be subjected to additional fees for complicated designs (i.e., armour, wings, overly detailed accessories/patterns, etc.)

Please first submit a form of your commission request, and if the request has been accepted, then a PayPal Invoice will be sent to you.

Work will begin once payment is made.

I will provide you with a preview of the sketch, and you will be given one round of revision. Any major alterations (i.e., poses, expressions, large details, etc) should be requested here. Please note that this does not apply to the Chibi Sketch commission

I will provide you with a preview of the final product once everything has been completed. Any minor alterations (i.e., small details, hue changes) should be requested here.

Once final approval is granted, the commission will be marked as completed.

I will e-mail you the final commissioned piece.

I will be posting the completed commission on my instagram with my signature. If you wish for your commission to remain private, there will be an option on the forms to do so.

If you wish to post the commission as well, please credit me. (I will also provide you with 2 of the commissioned pieces; one with my signature for you to post, and one without my signature for personal use.)
